Free Delivery

Free Standard Delivery is offered automatically on all orders placed over the value of £130.

When proceeding through checkout, the Free Delivery option will be pre-selected for all qualifying orders.

Delivery takes 3 - 5 working days, should you wish for delivery sooner, please select the Express Delivery option when prompted. Please note that you will then be charged £15.00 for this service.

Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery Service costs £5.00 per order, whether you purchase 1 item or 10. Delivery takes 3 - 5 working days. Deliveries are made from 8am until 6pm and may require a signature, for this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address, where someone is available to sign. If you are not available, the carrier will try a neighboring address or leave a calling card with the details, alternatively you can contact the courier UPS directly and arrange for an alternative delivery.

Please note that during sale periods deliveries may take up to 7 working days.

The following restrictions (which may vary from time to time) apply:

- Orders confirmed by 1pm Mon-Fri will be delivered within 3 working days.
- Orders confirmed after 1pm Mon-Fri will be delivered within 4 working days.
- Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatch the following Monday/Tuesday and delivered within 3 working days
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday and delivered within 3 working days

Sorry but we don’t deliver on Bank Holidays, so please bear this in mind when ordering – Bank Holiday orders will be delivered within 4 working days.

Our Standard Delivery service is UK wide, but unfortunately we do not deliver to the Channel Islands. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland will take longer.

Express Delivery

Our Express Delivery Service costs £15.00 no matter how many items you buy. Orders that are placed and confirmed by 12 midday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day. Deliveries are made from 8am until 6pm and will require a signature, so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the order at the chosen delivery address.

The following restrictions (which may vary from time to time) apply:

- Orders confirmed by 12 midday Mon-Thur will be delivered the next working day!
- Orders placed after 12 midday Mon- Thur will be delivered within 2 working days.
- Orders confirmed by 12 midday Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders placed after 12 midday Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on the next working day (excluding bank holidays)

Sorry, but we don’t deliver on Bank Holidays, so please bear this in mind when ordering – Bank Holiday deliveries will be delivered 2 working days later.

For both our delivery services you can track your order right to your doorstep, once it’s been despatched. Just follow the link in the Despatch Confirmation email we send you.
