1. You will be able to place a 'guest' order Online without having to register your details. However if you do set up an account you will be able to manage your account details, order history, see your order status, and gain access to your 'saved items' and many more benefits.

2. If you have forgotten your password you will be able to receive a new one by following this link  an email will then be sent with your new password.

3. We accept major payment cards, namely MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and PayPal. Hackett also supports Verified by Visa   and MasterCard Secure Code verification.

4. Delivery Times and Costs

Standard Delivery £5.00
- Delivery within 3-5 working days.
- A signature will be required on delivery.
- Parcel tracking is available Online.
- Deliveries are Monday-Friday only.
Orders confirmed by 1pm Mon-Fri will be delivered within 3 working days

Express Delivery £15.00
- Orders placed before 12 midday will be delivered the following working day.
- A signature will be required on delivery.
- Parcel tracking is available Online.
- Deliveries are Monday-Friday only.

5. You will be required to ensure that someone be present to sign, and confirm acceptance of the delivery, when it arrives.

6. Once an order is dispatched you will need to contact UPS to change any delivery details. If an order is still being processed, and you want to change the delivery information, then please contact our customer service team by emailing customer_services@hackett.co.uk or calling 0207 9396865.

7. If you have any concerns relating to your order, please contact our customer service team by emailing customer_services@hackett.co.uk. Please note we will not be able to amend any order details once the order is dispatched.

8. Once your order has been placed you will receive a series of emails notifying you of the status of your order. Also, if you have registered an account Online, then you will be able to log into your order to view its progress.

9. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of your order details and UPS tracking number. Using this tracking number you will be able to track Online at ups.com and have the option of email and text notifications.

10. If you have a promotional code that you would like to use with an order, you will be able to apply this by entering the relevant code in the Online 'promotional code' box when making your payment.

11. Hackett Online do not accept store gift cards as a method of payment. The Hackett Gift Card is redeemable in full or part payment for goods and services sold in Hackett UK shops. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed via telephone, mail order or Online, or in any concession. The Gift Card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and Hackett shall not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards. The Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. The Gift Card may be used until the balance is fully redeemed or the Gift Card has expired. The Gift Card will expire following 24 consecutive months of non-use.

12. Any items purchased Online will need to be returned through our delivery courier, UPS.

13. You can return your Online order within 14 days of receipt.

14. Currently the Hackett Online shop is only available for delivery within the UK. As the site develops, we may offer this service outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. A selection of our stores offer a mail ordering service, which offer an international delivery; namely Sloane street, Jermyn street, Regent street and Westfield white city. 16. For help in selecting which size to purchase, please refer to our size and fit guide located within each product page. When you receive your item, if the size or fit is unsuitable, then please follow the returns process for a refund or exchange.

17. Please contact the Hackett Customer Service team by emailing customer_services@hackett.co.uk or calling on 0207 9396865 and if the item is still currently part of the collection, we may be able to locate the stock in one of our shops, depending on stock availability. Sale items may also still be available, depending on stock availability.

18. Unfortunately, at present, we do not offer a personalised message or gift wrapping service. Each order will arrive elegantly presented in a signature white Hackett bag within the Hackett delivery box.
