AMR F1 SILVERSTONE RAFFLE RULES

The “AMR F1 Silverstone Raffle” (hereinafter the “Prize Raffle”), is organised by Hackett Limited, (hereinafter, “Hackett”), with registered office at 14 Savile Row, London W1S 3JN, United Kingdom, according to the rules contained in the following terms and conditions.

The Prize Raffle will be active during the dates comprised between June 18th and July 11th, 2021 in the Participating Hackett Store (hereinafter the “Hackett Store”).

The participants may participate in the Prize Raffle by (a) completing a single transaction in a participating Hackett Store (b) of a value equal or exceeding £250 (whichever is the local currency of the store where the transaction is completed) and (c) joining the complimentary 65B Hackett Members' Club (if not already a member) upon completing their purchase.

The winner will be randomly selected on July 12th, 2021 by a raffle.

1. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• The Prize Raffle will be open from June 18th 2021 at 10 am to July 11th, 2021 at 9pm at the Participating Hackett Store.
• The participants must purchase any Hackett product offered at the Hackett Store of a total value equal or exceeding £250 (whichever is the currency of the Hackett Store) and join/be a member of the “65B The Hackett Members Club” to be able to participate in the Prize Raffle.
• The participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of the Prize Raffle.
• The participants may participate as many times as they wish, but each participant may only win one prize.
• The participants must be fully entitled to dispose of rights for the purpose of participation in the prize raffle.
• "Participating Stores" are:

• Regent Street
• Westfield White City
• Leeds (Victoria Gate)
• Bicester Village
• Gunwarhf Quays
• Covent Garden

2. THE PRIZE

A total of six (6) double tickets to the F1 GP in Silverstone will be the subject of this Raffle (one per Participating Store). Each winner will be provided with 2 tickets for attending the F1 GP in Silverstone the July 18th, 2021.

3. THE RAFFLE

• The winners will be randomly selected among all the participants.
• The Prize Raffle does not apply to on-line purchases.
• The winner will be notified by Hackett by email within three (3) days following the Prize Raffle; once the winner has been contacted, will be informed of the steps to be taken in order to receive the Prize.
• The winner must confirm its interest in receiving the Prize by email, within no more than 24 hours upon notification. Should such confirmation not be received, Hackett will understand that the winner has waived the right to receive the Prize and Hackett will offer the Prize to another participant.
• The Prize may not be exchanged for money and its sale or transfer by the winner for profit is expressly prohibited.

4. MISCELLANEOUS

• Employees of Hackett (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in this Competition.
• To participate in this Competition, knowledge and acceptance of these rules is essential pursuant to all the terms established herein. The participants agree to be bound by these rules.
• Hackett reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel this competition or to amend the official rules. To such regard, Hackett will inform the participants.
• Any incomplete, inaccurate or non-respectful entry will not be taken into account and will result in the nullity of the entry.
• Images of “A Whole Year of Hackett” in promotional materials and communications are for illustration purposes only.
• This Competition is offered, organised and run solely by Hackett.
• Hackett reserves the right to cancel the prize if it feels that the prize winner has violated any of these terms.
• Hackett will not be responsible for any incident or damage that may occur in relation with this competition or with the Prize offered.

5. DATA PROTECTION

Pursuant to the legislation on Personal Data Protection HACKETT with registered office at, 14 Savile Row, London W1S 3JN, United Kingdom, informs participants that their data are included in a filing system belonging to HACKETT for the purposes of managing both their membership to the 65B programme and their participation in this competition.

The categories of the data used in this personal data processing are: name, surname, address, e-mail, and contact telephone number. Such a processing is based on the free consent of the participants in the Raffle.

The personal data provided by the participants will be preserved as long as the mutual interest exists in order to reach the purposes of the data processing. Once it is not necessary for such purposes, the data will be erased with the security means appropriate to ensure the pseudonomysation of the data or their total destruction. The data will not be transferred to third parties except a legal obligation requires it.

By accepting their participation on the competition, Participants are accepting 65B’s T&C and Privacy Policy
