Online Returns Policy

We accept returns on most orders as long as items are returned unused, in perfect condition and with all of the barcode tags intact within 28 days of purchase.

We offer a free returns process using couriers UPS for all orders. Our full Returns and Cancellation Policy is available at www.hackett.com/gb/legal-cookies?terms-purchase. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you as per our terms and conditions.

Once our warehouse have received and inspected your returned items, a refund will be processed within 7 working days, via the original payment method. However please note that if you purchased an item during our sale period it may take longer to process your refund and therefore please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted, for your refund to be fully processed.

Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange request and should you require a new size, you will need to place a new order.

Although we make every effort to ensure that you receive the products ordered, please let us know if this is not the case.

Store Returns

Store Returns Policy

You can return your items to one of our stores, where the store will be able to process the refund of your online order, within 28 days of receiving your order.

To return the item to a store, all you need to do is take the goods, along with any invoice, to your nearest Hackett store and they will be able to process a full refund for your order via the original payment method.

Unfortunately online orders cannot be returned to outlets, franchise or concession stores. To locate your nearest store you can use our store locator page https://stores.hackett.com

*please note that when returning items in store you do not have to follow the process listed below, if you have already created an online return (using the details below) but wish to return the item in store then please advise us as soon as possible.

Online Account Holders

Create a Return using your own account
  1. Log in to your account, and from the ‘My Orders’ section, select ‘View Order’ for the item you wish to return
  2. Open ‘Request a Return’ at the top of the page. Select the items you wish to return from the drop down menu and enter your returns request details to submit the form. (There is also an add item button for multiple returns)
  3. Once you have submitted your return request, you should receive an email confirming instructions on your UPS return and an email from UPS with your free returns label included.
  4. Please print out the returns label, attach it to the packaged item you wish to return, and contact UPS to arrange collection either online www.apps.ups.com or by calling 03457 877 877
