Online Returns Policy
We accept returns on most orders as long as items are returned unused, in perfect condition and with all of the barcode tags intact within 30 days of purchase.
Our full Returns and Cancellation Policy is available at https://www.hackett.com/intl/terms-purchase.html. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you as per our terms and conditions.
Once our warehouse has received and inspected your returned items, a refund will be processed onto the original payment method, within 14 days from date of posting.
Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange request and should you require a new size, you will need to place a new order.
Although we make every effort to ensure that you receive the products ordered, please let us know if this is not the case.

Arranging a return
You can only send returns from the same country in which the order was made. o make a return, please click on the following link and follow the instructions below:
- Print the documents - the printed documents must be put inside the returned parcel.
- When you return an item we ask that it is still in the original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed. Any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded.
- Please ensure the items returned are packaged into ONE parcel.
- Choose the shipment method. Print the label
Returns will not be accepted as cash on delivery.
