Delivery and Returns Policy

Standard service

Free Standard Delivery on all orders. Delivery takes 1-2 working days, for orders placed before 1.00pm* on working days, otherwise, the orders will take another 24 working hours.


*those placed from Friday at 1pm and during weekends, will be delivered from the following Tuesday.


Bear in mind that when ordering more than one product, your purchase may be split into more than one shipment; if so, you will receive your order on different dates.


You can track your purchases and find out the estimated delivery date by accessing your order details page.

Click and collect

Our Click and Collect service is completely free.


When placing your order, simply select your nearest store from the locations available (excluding outlets and concessions). Expect your goods to be delivered to that store within 1-2 working days of placing your order.


Please collect your order within 14 days of delivery. Unclaimed orders will be automatically returned and refunded.


Please note:

- During sales or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly affected and take a little longer than usual.


- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 8am until 6pm and require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address, where someone is available to sign. If you are not available, you can contact our courier directly and arrange for an alternative delivery.


- We do not deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends, so please bear this in mind when ordering. Bank Holiday deliveries will be delivered 2 working days later.


- Please remember that the purchase must be delivered at the indicated address, within working hours.


- Our Standard and Express delivery services are UK wide, however unfortunately we do not deliver to the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland will take longer.


- For both our delivery services you can track your order right to your doorstep, once it’s been dispatched. Just follow the link in the Dispatch Confirmation email we send you.


- If you’re a registered customer you can also track parcels through the 'My Account' section of the website.


Online Returns Policy


We accept returns on most orders as long as items are returned unused, in perfect condition and with all of the barcode tags intact within 30 days of receipt.


If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you as per our terms and conditions. Once our warehouse has received and inspected your returned items, a refund will be processed onto the original payment method, within 14 days from date of posting.


Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange request and should you require a new size, you will need to place a new order.


Although we make every effort to ensure that you receive the products ordered, please let us know if this is not the case.

Online Account Holders

You can only send returns from the same country in which the order was made.


Create a Return using your own account:


1. Enter your Personal Area, locate the order you want to return and click on the link "Make return". To log in to your customer account, CLICK HERE.


2. From the link "Request return" you will reach our courier’s website. Submit your order number and delivery address postcode. Bear in mind these fields are case-sensitive, hence we recommend you to copy and paste them from the delivery details in the order page.


3. Choose the items you want to return and the return method: you can either take the parcel to a collection point or schedule the collection at home. Fill in the form in order to generate the returns label. Download and print the label and stick it on the box. Remember that each box needs its own label and delivery note. If you need more than one, print out copies of the delivery note and repeat these steps to get as many labels as you need.


4.Prepare the items for shipment in its original box or in another cardboard box, including the confirmation of the order that you should have received via email or the invoice that you will find in the parcel. Seal the box properly.


5. If you are not home when the courier calls, you will need to contact them to schedule a new collection time.


Guest Orders

You can only send returns from the same country in which the order was made.


Create a return as a guest: If you placed the order as a guest, you can manage your returns through the link that you will find in your confirmation email or through this link and follow the steps outlined above.

Store Returns

To return the item to a store, all you need to do is take the goods, along with any invoice, to your nearest Hackett store and they will be able to process a full refund for your order via the original payment method.


Unfortunately online orders cannot be returned to outlets, franchise, concession stores or in stores in other countries. To locate your nearest store you can use our store locator page https://stores.hackett.com
